Refund policy

We want you to love your Emberglow lamp. If you don't, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it for a full refund.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and we'll send you return instructions within 1 business day.

Condition

Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible. Items damaged through normal use are still eligible — this is not a strict "like new" policy.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you, no return required in most cases.

Exchanges

Want a different color? Contact us and we'll help you exchange it, subject to availability.
